ABC-Diet: Week 1 Results
This is my weight lost during the first week on the ABC-Diet. The amount is considerably high for a regular week, but that is also because most of the weight I lost was water weight. Over the course of my second week I am 100% aware the amount of weight I lose will decrease and/or plateau.
Start Weight: (sunday 4/15/12) - 145.3
Current Weight: (sunday 4/22/12) - 135.4
Total Weight Loss = 9.9lbs
